Dear Congregation of Living Waters Church and Phyllis, I just wanted to write and thank you for the birthday card, along with the personal note that Phyllis wrote. I want to share a testimony about one of the birthday cards that you sent to St. Cloud Prison a couple years ago. I’m a mentor here, and an “IP,” Incarcerated Person, by the name of Brandon had received a birthday card from you. He started crying; Brandon was overcome with such joy. Brandon was 35 and had been an M
